However, it's no easy task to truly acquire an in-depth understanding of another culture's artistic productions just by passing through the halls of a museum as a tourist.

For this very reason we offer the Spanish + Art History Course, a great option for those who want to learn all about Spanish art history and consequently acquire a greater understanding of the sights that surround them in Seville. We will reflect on some of Spain's most important trends and artistic representations in a variety of mediums and study the influence of the major civilizations that have passed through Spain and influenced Spanish art history. Spanish art history trends studied include Roman, Moorish, Mudéjar, Renaissance, Baroque, etc.

We will also spend time studying many of Spanish art history's most prominant artists, such as Goya, Velázquez, Picasso, Miró, Dalí...
